The Department of Undergraduate Studies announces the SUPPLEMENTARY course registration schedule for PHASE 2 as follows:

I. Registration time allocation for students of each cohort:

– Daily registration hours: from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

– Students of Cohort 62 and earlier: register from October 21, 2026 to October 29, 2026.

– Students of Cohorts K63 and K64: register from October 23, 2026 to October 29, 2026.

II. REGISTRATION PRINCIPLES

– Students may cancel registrations, register for additional new courses, or re-register for cancelled courses of Phase 2, Semester I, academic year 2026–2027.

– Students may not register for or cancel registration of courses that began in Phase 1.

– Students may only register/cancel registration via the credit system; registration/cancellation by any other means will not be processed.

*** Students are required to print their personal timetable (semester view) after the registration period ends in order to attend classes according to the correct timetable and to use it as evidence for resolving any issues that may arise.

The Department of Undergraduate Studies announces the schedule for SUPPLEMENTARY COURSE REGISTRATION FOR PHASE 2 AND REGISTRATION FOR CLASSES WITH K65 as follows:

II. Allocation of registration periods for students of each cohort:

– Daily registration hours: from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

– Students of Cohort 62 and earlier: register from September 12, 2026 to September 13, 2026.

– Students of Cohorts K63 and K64: register from September 14, 2026 to September 18, 2026.

III. REGISTRATION PRINCIPLES

– Students may cancel registrations, register for additional new courses or re-register for cancelled courses of Phase 2, Semester I, academic year 2026–2027.

– Students may register for courses offered for Cohort 65.

– Students may not register for, or cancel registrations of, courses that started in Phase 1.

– Students may register/cancel registrations only via the credit registration system; registration/cancellation requests made by any other means will not be processed.

Registration period before adjustment: from August 3, 2026 to August 8, 2026 – Students from Cohort 60 to Cohort 64.

=> New registration period after adjustment: from August 5, 2026 to August 14, 2026 – Students from Cohort 60 to Cohort 64.

*** Eligible registrants

– Students of Cohort 59 and earlier: those who wish to register for courses must complete a course registration application and submit it to the Department of Undergraduate Studies for consideration and approval.

– Students of Cohort 60 onwards:

+ Currently studying normally in Semester 2 of the 2025–2026 academic year;

+ Not currently on deferment or suspension of studies;

+ Not currently subject to disciplinary action at the level of suspension from study or higher;

+ Have fulfilled all tuition fee obligations in accordance with the University’s Regulation on tuition fee collection and payment.

II. Notes:

1. For students not taking the graduation course in Semester 1 of the 2026 – 2027 academic year: registration must comply with course prerequisites and ensure the required study load for the semester.

Students shall register for the minimum and maximum number of credits as prescribed in Article 20 of the Regulation on Undergraduate Training at Foreign Trade University, promulgated under Decision 3188/QĐ- ĐHNT dated December 21, 2021 of Foreign Trade University.

2. For students expecting to take the graduation course in Semester 1 of the 2026 – 2027 academic year:

Students should base their registration on the plan for the graduation course and the Round 2 graduation review in 2026 to register for appropriate courses, ensuring that they accumulate enough to be eligible for graduation review (students are advised to register for courses in Phase 1).

– Students expecting to write a graduation thesis: may register for grade-improvement courses of no more than 6 credits (excluding Physical Education and National Defence Education). Students pursuing a double degree may register for a maximum of 15 credits across both the first and second majors.

– Students shall register for course retakes and grade-improvement courses as prescribed in Article 22 of the Regulation on Undergraduate Training at Foreign Trade University, promulgated under Decision 3188/QĐ- ĐHNT dated December 21, 2021 of Foreign Trade University.

3. After the registration round ends, students are required to check and print their personal timetable (semester view) as a basis for resolving any issues that arise, and to attend classes according to their registered timetable.

Students’ registration/cancellation results will only be recognised once the registered/cancelled courses have been updated in their personal timetable.

The Department of Undergraduate Studies will review all students’ registration results; where a student’s registration does not meet the prerequisites, the Department of Undergraduate Studies will cancel the registration on its own initiative. Students are required to proactively monitor and comply.

4. Students should contact their homeroom lecturer/academic advisor for advice on their academic program and an appropriate course registration pathway.

5. The University has recently detected that some students have been using external tools to interfere with the course registration process. The use of unofficial tools has overloaded the system, seriously affecting course registration for students across the University. To ensure fairness for students in course registration, the University will automatically lock any accounts found to be using external tools to interfere with the course registration system until the end of the course registration round, and will compile a list of violating students for disciplinary action and deduction of conduct scores in accordance with the current regulation on student conduct assessment.

In addition to the support channels of the Department of Undergraduate Studies, students may give feedback via their administrative class group; homeroom lecturers/academic advisors will record it and pass it on to the Department of Undergraduate Studies so that students can be supported promptly.

Under the Memorandum of Understanding between Foreign Trade University and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), and with the aim of developing and diversifying foreign languages in teaching and learning, the Department of Undergraduate Studies announces that Spanish language courses will be offered. In Semester 1, students may choose to register for Spanish courses suited to their individual level, as follows:

1. Phase 1 – Course code: SPA101
   Credits: 3 credits (Level A1)
   Duration: 3 sessions/week

– SPA101: For beginners (Level A1), helping students build a basic language foundation, including vocabulary, grammar and basic communication skills.

1. Phase 2 – Course code: SPA102

Credits: 3 credits (Level A2)
Duration: 3 sessions/week

– SPA102: Suitable for students who already have foundational knowledge and wish to improve their communication skills to an intermediate level (Level A2), focusing on real-life contexts in everyday life.

1. Phase 1 – Course code: SPA112
   Credits: 3 credits (Level B2)
   Duration: 3 sessions/week

– SPA112: Designed for students at an upper-intermediate level who wish to improve their communication skills, write coherently and use academic and professional vocabulary in real-life situations at Level B2.

All courses are taught by Mr. Luis Navarro Rincón, a highly experienced and passionate lecturer. This is an opportunity not only to learn the language but also to discover Spanish culture through lively and practical lessons.
