1. Procedure for Reviewing Grades of Credit-based Classes
Eligibility for Submission:
Students may request a grade review for a credit-based class if they meet the following conditions:

The student has completed the entire course and has taken the final exam.

The student has carefully checked their program curriculum to confirm the course is part of their major.

The instructor has finalized the grades and submitted the official grade record to the Training Management Department.
Submission Steps:

Complete the Grade Review Request Form (available here).

Submit all required documents in person to the Student Service Desk (Room A204) during business hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Students can check the review result on their FTUGate account within 7–10 business days after submission.
2. Procedure for Reviewing Final Exam Grades
Submission Steps:

Submit the Final Exam Grade Review Form to the Center for Testing and Quality Assurance within 5 business days from the date the grade is posted on the FTUGate system or as notified by the academic management unit.
- Within 2 business days, the Center will notify the student of the outcome and send a Grade Adjustment Slip (if applicable), along with the original review request form, to the Training Management Department for updates on FTUGate.
