NOTICE ON COURSE REGISTRATION AND MID-TERM INTERNSHIP – SEMESTER 1, ACADEMIC YEAR 2025–2026

Pursuant to the class schedule and list of offered courses for Semester 1, Academic Year 2025–2026,
and the Mid-Term Internship Plan for the 2025–2026 academic year,
the Department of Undergraduate Studies announces the timeline for course registration and mid-term internship as follows:

I. Registration and Cancellation Periods

1. Daily Registration Hours: From 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Round 1: June 16 – June 27, 2025

  • Students of Cohort 61 and earlier:
    June 16–17, 2025 – Register to complete any remaining courses in preparation for the graduation thesis/internship.
  • All students (all cohorts):

    June 18–22, 2025 – Students may only register for courses listed in the semester study plan of their Primary Major and Second Major. Students must check the course’s designated semester on their personal credit registration page.

    June 23–27, 2025 – Students may register for all offered courses, including those eligible for credit transfer in accordance with university regulations.

Round 2: July 14–20, 2025 – Open to all students

Round 3: August 4–10, 2025 – Open to all students

2. Eligible Students:

  • Currently enrolled students in Semester 2, Academic Year 2024–2025;
  • Not on academic leave or suspension;
  • Not under academic suspension or higher disciplinary measures;
  • Have completed all tuition fee obligations as per the University’s Tuition Policy.

II. Important Notes:

1. For students not undertaking a graduation thesis/internship in Semester 1, AY 2025–2026:

  • Students must register for courses that meet prerequisite conditions and ensure the semester’s study load.
  • Students must register for the minimum and maximum credit limits as stipulated in Article 20 of the Undergraduate Training Regulation (Decision No. 3188/QĐ-ĐHNT dated December 21, 2021).

2. For students planning to undertake a graduation thesis/internship in Semester 1, AY 2025–2026:

  • Students must refer to the graduation and thesis plan for Graduation Batch 2 of 2026 and register for appropriate courses to meet graduation requirements (it is recommended to register for courses in Phase 1).

Graduation Thesis Candidates:

  • Cohort 59 and earlier:
    Allowed to register for grade improvement courses only, not retake courses, up to 3 credits (excluding PE and national defense).
    May register for up to 12 additional credits from the second major program.
  • Cohort 60 and later:
    Allowed to register for retakes and/or grade improvement, up to 6 credits (excluding PE and national defense).
    May register for up to 9 additional credits from the second major program.

Graduation Internship Candidates (Cohort 59 and earlier only):

Allowed to register for retakes and/or grade improvement, up to 3 credits (excluding PE and national defense).
May register for up to 12 additional credits from the second major program.

3. General Rules:

  • Course retake/grade improvement registration must follow Article 22 of the Undergraduate Training Regulation (Decision No. 3188/QĐ-ĐHNT dated December 21, 2021).
  • After registration closes, students must check and print their personal class schedule (by semester). This serves as the official basis for addressing any issues and participating in courses as scheduled.
  • Only registrations/cancellations successfully updated in the student’s personal schedule will be recognized.
  • The Undergraduate Training & Management Department will review all registrations. If students are found to have registered for courses without meeting prerequisites, their registrations will be canceled automatically. Students are responsible for regularly checking and complying.
