For candidates who have already declared information about their international English certificates when registering on the Foreign Trade University’s online admissions system:
Candidates may use the converted score of their international English certificate to replace the corresponding foreign language subject score in the high school graduation exam for the purpose of meeting the required total score (this applies to both candidates who did and did not tick the box for score conversion in the University’s online system). -
For candidates who possess a valid international English certificate according to Foreign Trade University’s regulations but have not yet declared it on the University’s online admissions system:
These candidates must declare their international English certificates information to convert their certificate score as a replacement for the foreign language exam score before 5:00 PM on July 14, 2025, via the following link: [Link].

Deadline for information declaration: Candidates must complete the declaration of international English certificate information before 5:00 PM on July 14, 2025.

Note: Candidates who did not tick the score conversion box on the University’s online admissions system but have already declared international English certificates information do not need to re-declare the information using the above form.
