Based on the Mid-Term Internship Plan for Summer 2025
and the results of student internship registration,
the Department of Undergraduate Studies announces the following:
1. Student Eligibility:
- Students can check the list of eligible students for the Mid-Term Internship [here].
- Students who are not eligible for the MTI will have their registration canceled on the personal credit registration portal.
2. Internship Placement Support:
- Students who have not yet secured an internship placement can contact the Student Support Center, their respective Institute/Faculty, academic advisor, or supervising lecturer for assistance.
3. Internship Period and Requirements:
- Internship period: From July 1, 2025 to August 3, 2025
During this time, students are expected to carry out their internship and complete the Mid-Term Internship Report under the supervision of their academic advisor.
- Minimum working hours: Students must complete at least 75 working hours at an organization/business (equivalent to a minimum of 3 hours/day, 5 days/week). The internship duration must be at least 5 weeks.
- Upon completion, students must submit:
- A Mid-Term Internship Report,
- An evaluation letter signed and stamped by an authorized representative of the host organization,
- And documentation confirming the assignment of duties at the host (if applicable).

- The internship must not overlap with any classes registered at the University.
Students must obtain a verified internship schedule from the host organization and submit it to their academic supervisor and faculty for evaluation purposes.
- During the internship period, students are required to maintain regular contact with their supervising lecturer and provide progress updates.
