Pursuant to the teaching and learning plan for the 2026–2027 academic year;

Pursuant to students’ official course registration results,

The Department of Undergraduate Studies announces the SUPPLEMENTARY course registration schedule for PHASE 2 as follows:

I. Registration time allocation for students of each cohort:

– Daily registration hours: from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

– Students of Cohort 62 and earlier: register from October 21, 2026 to October 29, 2026.

– Students of Cohorts K63 and K64: register from October 23, 2026 to October 29, 2026.

II. REGISTRATION PRINCIPLES

– Students may cancel registrations, register for additional new courses, or re-register for cancelled courses of Phase 2, Semester I, academic year 2026–2027.

– Students may not register for or cancel registration of courses that began in Phase 1.

– Students may only register/cancel registration via the credit system; registration/cancellation by any other means will not be processed.

*** Students are required to print their personal timetable (semester view) after the registration period ends in order to attend classes according to the correct timetable and to use it as evidence for resolving any issues that may arise.
