In implementation of the Plan for the 2025–2026 academic year and based on students’ study progress and overall results for the entire program, the Department of Undergraduate Studies announces the graduation review plan for the July 2026 round as follows:
- Eligible students and graduation review criteria
– For students of Cohort 59 and earlier: Those who have fulfilled the graduation requirements as stipulated in Article 9, Decision No. 3177/QĐ-ĐHNT dated 28/12/2018.

– For students of Cohort 60 and later: Those who have fulfilled the graduation requirements as stipulated in Article 44, Decision No. 3188/QĐ-ĐHNT dated 21/12/2021.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Students with outstanding tuition fees and/or who have not completed the conduct assessment for the entire program will NOT be granted graduation recognition.
- Graduation review procedure
The University will compile a list and conduct an AUTOMATIC graduation review for all students who have not graduated as of the present time (including students who postponed their graduation review in previous rounds).

- Guidance on handling special cases
Students should check their names against the list and follow the instructions below via their personal credit account on the website https://ftugate.ftu.edu.vn/ (Function: Online Student Support):
Step 1: Select the “Send Request” function.
Step 2: Select “Academic Request”.
Step 3: Select “Request for postponement of graduation review / Supplementary registration for graduation review”
– Case 1: Eligible but NOT on the list and wishing to be considered for graduation.
* Instructions:
- Send feedback with the subject: “ĐĂNG KÝ XÉT TỐT NGHIỆP” (REGISTRATION FOR GRADUATION REVIEW)
- Required evidence: Attach a photo of the Application for Graduation Review.
- Deadline: Before 5:00 p.m. on July 12, 2026 (Requests submitted after this deadline will not be processed).
– Case 2: On the list and eligible but WISHING TO POSTPONE the graduation review.
* Instructions:
- Send feedback with the subject: “ĐĂNG KÝ HOÃN XÉT TỐT NGHIỆP” (REGISTRATION FOR POSTPONEMENT OF GRADUATION REVIEW)
- Required evidence: Attach a photo of the Application for Postponement of Graduation Review (The student will be transferred to the next review round).
- Deadline: Before 5:00 p.m. on July 12, 2026 (Requests submitted after this deadline will not be processed).
– Case 3: On the list but has NOT completed the graduation course or is NOT yet eligible.
* Instructions: Students do not need to complete the procedure for registering a postponement of the graduation review. The system will automatically remove these students when reviewing eligibility
- Announcement of results
Students should proactively follow and check the official graduation review results at:
– Display channel: Personal credit account on the website https://ftugate.ftu.edu.vn/
– Section to check: “Announcements from the Administrator”
- Tasks to be completed by students
Schools/Faculties, relevant units and homeroom lecturers of each class group shall coordinate in informing and guiding students to complete the following tasks.
