Pursuant to the Plan for the graduation course, Round 01 of 2026,
The Department of Undergraduate Studies announces:
- Organization of parallel course classes for students taking the graduation course in the form of a graduation internship, Round 01-2026
– Eligible students:
Students of Cohort 59 and earlier who are doing a graduation internship in Semester 2 of the 2025–2026 academic year or need to retake a parallel course

– The Department of Undergraduate Studies will register the course for the eligible students. Students should check their class schedule and registration results via their personal account at ftugate.ftu.edu.vn and attend classes fully and conscientiously.
– Students who wish to retake a parallel course should register via the Online Student Reception System. Detailed instructions at: https://qldt.ftu.edu.vn/huong-dan-su-dung-he-thong-tiep-sinh-vien-truc-tuyen/
- Tasks to be completed during the graduation course:
– Students are required to settle their tuition fees in accordance with current regulations in order to be considered for and granted graduation recognition.
– Check all of your grades up to Semester 2 of the 2025–2026 academic year, and complete the transfer of grades for courses with different course codes and the transfer of grades from the first major to the second major (if any).
If your grades have not yet been processed, please contact the Department of Undergraduate Studies for checking and resolution.
– Follow the Department of Student Affairs’ announcements on the whole-program conduct assessment and comply with the current guidelines and regulations. Students without a whole-program conduct score will not be granted graduation recognition.
