During the process of online application submission for the 2025 full-time undergraduate admissions (Methods 1 and 3), Foreign Trade University (FTU) has recorded some cases where applicants failed to complete the final step of locking their online applications before the specified deadline (before 17:00 on June 22, 2025), due to either misunderstanding the process or underestimating its importance.

With a strong commitment to supporting applicants – especially during this critical period as students are focusing on preparing for the 2025 National High School Graduation Exam  FTU announces an extension of the deadline for application registration, editing, supplementation, and locking for applicants using Admission Methods 1 and 3 on the Online Admissions System.

Extended deadline for Methods 1 and 3: FROM 09:00 ON JUNE 28, 2025 TO 17:00 ON JUNE 30, 2025.

After this period, the online system will automatically disable the editing and locking functions for all applicants. Any application that remains “UNLOCKED” by 17:00 on June 30, 2025 will be considered invalid – meaning the applicant will be ineligible to participate in the selection process for Methods 1 and 3.

NOTE:

• Once an application is locked, it cannot be reopened or edited under any circumstances.

• Applications that are locked on time will be reviewed and processed by the University as per regulations.
