Bachelor in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, majoring in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Innovation (International Career-Oriented Program)

1. Training Objectives

General Objective

The Global Logistics and Supply Chain Innovation program aims to equip students with a solid foundation in business and economics, in-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, and practical skills, including the effective application of information technology in the management and operation of global supply chains.

The program fosters integrity, a strong sense of responsibility, critical thinking, and the ability to address complex professional challenges. In addition, it seeks to develop competencies in applied research, teaching, knowledge dissemination, and professional consulting for organizations and enterprises, thereby contributing to improved management effectiveness and the sustainable development of the logistics and supply chain management sector.

Specific Objectives

  • PO1: Graduates possess fundamental knowledge of economics and business, as well as specialized expertise in global logistics and supply chain innovation.
  • PO2: Graduates are able to identify, analyze, synthesize, critically evaluate, and solve complex problems in the field; demonstrate effective communication skills; work independently and collaboratively in teams; and are well prepared for postgraduate studies in logistics and supply chain management.
  • PO3: Graduates maintain good health and wellbeing, uphold strong political and ethical values, and demonstrate clear career orientation; show resilience in overcoming challenges in high-pressure global environments; exhibit innovative and creative thinking; possess self-directed learning abilities; and act responsibly toward themselves, organizations, and the community, with a strong commitment to social responsibility.

Knowledge Learning Outcomes

  • PLO1: Apply foundational knowledge of natural sciences, political science, social sciences and humanities, and law in learning and professional work. 
  • PLO2: Analyze logistics and supply chain management activities based on specialized theoretical knowledge in logistics and supply chain management, together with foundational knowledge in economics, management, and data analysis. 
  • PLO3: Evaluate advanced and innovative strategies, models, and solutions to optimize logistics and supply chain operations in an international environment. 

Skills Learning Outcomes

  • PLO4: Demonstrate proficient communication, information delivery, and teamwork skills in academic and professional environments. 
  • PLO5: Effectively coordinate the collection, organization, and analysis of real-world data to support the design and evaluation of global logistics ideas, solutions, and supply chain innovations. 
  • PLO6: Demonstrate creative thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM) to propose and implement suitable solutions in learning, work, and industry practice. 
  • PLO7: Effectively integrate language skills for academic communication, basic research, and professional work in English at Level 5/6 of the Vietnamese Foreign Language Competency Framework. 
  • PLO8: Demonstrate proficiency in advanced information technology skills (in accordance with current Vietnamese regulations); achieve digital competency at Level 5/8 in competency domains including data and information literacy, digital communication and collaboration, digital content creation, and safety, and Level 4/8 in the application of artificial intelligence according to the Digital Competency Framework stipulated in Circular No. 02/2025/TT-BGDĐT dated January 24, 2025, issued by the Ministry of Education and Training.
