- Training objectives
General Objectives:
The program Artificial Intelligence for Innovation in Economics and Business aims to train applied AI human resources with a solid foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and smart technologies, while integrating innovative thinking in the fields of economics and business. Students are equipped with the capacity to develop and apply AI models, build smart decision-making systems, and create technological solutions to solve problems, promote digital transformation, and create new values for businesses and society.
Upon graduation, students are capable of applying AI expertise to analyze, forecast, and support the process of management, planning, and innovation in economics – business. They form creative thinking associated with technology, know how to organize and implement innovative initiatives, and are ready to work in a global environment and proactively adapt to the rapid changes in technology and the market context.
Specific Objectives:
The program aims to train a highly qualified workforce with comprehensive capabilities to adapt and lead in the context of digital transformation and global innovation. Specifically:
PO1 (Professional Knowledge): Possess a solid foundation of knowledge in artificial intelligence, data analysis and management, integrated with economics – business and innovation to effectively solve practical problems.
PO2 (Professional Skills): Proficient in modern technological tools and platforms; capable of analyzing, deploying, and applying AI to support decision-making; develop systems thinking, critical thinking, ethics, and creativity in an interdisciplinary context.
PO3 (Qualities – Ethics – Autonomy – Creativity): Possess a sense of responsibility, professional attitude, ethical compliance, along with proactive self-learning, adaptability, and innovation; possess foreign language proficiency, digital capacity, and health to work in an international environment, develop a long-term career, and pursue higher education.

** The 2nd foreign language of the training program (choose one of the languages: English/ Chinese/ Japanese/ French/ Spanish). After completing the 2nd foreign language modules, students will achieve level 3/6 according to Vietnam’s 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework under Circular No. 01/2014/TT-BGDDT. The study results of the 2nd foreign language are not included in the cumulative grade point average and are not a condition for assessing the achievement of the training program’s learning outcomes. The study results are recorded and attached to the student’s Academic Transcript.
