Pursuant to the teaching and learning plan for the 2025–2026 academic year;

Pursuant to the Summary of learning results of Physical Education courses, Semester 1 of the 2025–2026 academic year,

The Department of Undergraduate Studies, in coordination with the Center for Physical Education and Sports, will organize re-examinations for Physical Education courses, with details as follows:

1. Eligible candidates:

– Students of all cohorts at the Hanoi Main Campus who took Physical Education courses in Semester 1 of the 2025–2026 academic year, were eligible to sit the final examination and obtained a final course score from 1 to 4.9 (on a 10-point scale).

– Students must also meet both conditions of an attendance score and a midterm score of 4 or higher.

– Students can view the re-examination schedule via their personal account at: ftugate.ftu.edu.vn

– Exam format: in person

2. Exam schedule:

Re-examinations will be held for all Physical Education courses (excluding Physical Education 3 – Swimming), as follows:

– Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 8:00 a.m.

– Venue: FTU Sports Hall

• Notes:

– Students are requested to bring their student card and identity documents and be present 15 minutes before the exam time to complete the check-in procedures.

– Only 01 re-examination is held for Physical Education courses; students who miss the re-examination or fail it will have to retake the course.

– Students who had an EXAM POSTPONEMENT in Semester 1 of the 2025–2026 academic year are allowed to register to sit the exam together with the re-examination class.

– The Sports Hall is open outside regular hours (5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) for students to review and practise

– For any queries, students should contact the Department of Undergraduate Studies or the Center for Physical Education and Sports no later than 02 days before the exam date for consideration and resolution.
