1. Training objectives
General objectives:
The objectives of the program is to educate graduates approaching advanced world-class qualifications who are well-prepared on the perspectives of political, ethical characteristics, comprehensive professional knowledge, proficient practical skills, the capabilities of self-studying, working independently, well adapting to change, being creative and problem solving in business and Business Management within the international environment and entrepreneurship in the digital era and globalization.
Particular objectives:
PO1: Students are well- prepared on the perspectives of political, ethical characteristics and physical health.
PO2: Students are equipped with the comprehensive professional knowledge on the perspectives of management such as human resource, marketing, finance, strategy, leadership, innovation… and in-depth courses in international business management approaching advanced world-class universities.
PO3: Students develop the leadership skills; problem-solving and decision – making skills; planning, organizing, and performing work skills; independence and teamwork skills in international business environment
PO4: Students are able to communicate effectively and eloquently in English, use office informatics and digital skills professionally.
PO5: Students have capabilities of self-studying, working independently, well adapting to change, being creative and being responsible to the community, and being able to start and run businesses in an international environment.
2. Expected learning outcomes
- Knowledges
PLO1: Apply basic knowledge of political science and social science to study and work (including economic, social, and political characteristics of Vietnam and the United States)
PLO2: Analyze fundamental theories of economics and business Management to support corporate management decision-making in an international business environment.
PLO3: Synthesize interdisciplinary knowledge equivalent to international standards (human resources, finance, e-commerce, etc.) to identify and evaluate business opportunities, assess organizational performance, and make strategic decisions in a dynamic and globally competitive business environment.
PI1: Analyze and make decisions related to business finance.
PI2: Analyze situations and solve problems related to the enterprise’s human resources. PI3: Analyze e-commerce models and factors affecting the effective implementation of e-commerce models in the enterprise.
PI4: Systematically assess the current state of the enterprise based on scientific theoretical models and propose reasonable solutions to address practical and/or strategic problems of the enterprise.
- Skills
PLO4: Demonstrate strategic planning, business planning, implementation skills, leadership and control, in an international business environment.
PLO5: Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills, in an international business environment.
PLO6: Demonstrate independence and teamwork skills international business environment
PLO7: Proficient in English for studying and working in an international environment, especially in Business Management, equivalent to Level 5/6 of the Vietnamese Foreign Language Competency Framework, issued with Circular No. 01/2014/TT-BGDĐT dated January 24, 2014, of the Ministry of Education and Training.
PLO8: Articulate IT and digital skills, meeting the requirements for administrating and operating modern businesses.
+ Proficient in office computer skills (according to the advanced IT skills standard as per Circular 03/2014/TT-BTTTT);
+ Level 5/8 in proficiency across competency domains (data mining and information extraction; communication and collaboration in the digital environment; digital content creation; security).
+ Level 4/8 in the AI application competency domain of the Digital Competency Framework as per Circular No. 02/2025/TT0BGDĐT dated January 24, 2025, of the Ministry of Education and Training.

* MIDEL = Management, Innovation, and Digital Technologies for Entrepreneurs and Leaders
* Courses completed by students at partner institutions, if falling within groups compatible with the program curriculum, shall be recognized as equivalent to the Elective courses within the program.
* Students may choose a second foreign language from the curriculum, selecting from Chinese, Japanese, French, or Spanish. Upon completion of these second foreign language courses, students shall achieve Level 3/6 of the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam, as per Circular No. 01/2014/TT-BGDĐT. Academic results for the second foreign language are not included in the Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) and are not a requirement for assessing the achievement of the program’s learning outcomes. These academic results will be recorded and attached to the student’s Certificate of Study.
