- Training objectives
General Objectives:
The high-quality undergraduate program in Banking and Finance aims to develop high-quality human resources with a solid foundation of professional knowledge, essential professional skills, and systematic and innovative thinking to solve practical problems in the field of banking and finance. The program equips students with lifelong learning capabilities, effective communication skills, critical thinking, political awareness, social responsibility, professional ethics, and adaptability in multicultural, digitalized, and internationally integrated working environments. Graduates are capable of taking on positions relevant to their field of study in financial institutions, banks, and enterprises both domestically and internationally. They are also able to pursue further education at postgraduate levels or obtain professional certifications such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Specific Objectives:
PO1: Graduates are able to take on positions as specialists, analysts, or financial managers in financial institutions, banks, enterprises, or international organizations at both national and international levels, with in-depth expertise in banking and finance.
PO2: Graduates develop essential soft skills to work effectively and communicate flexibly in multicultural environments; demonstrate professionalism, resilience, ethical standards, social responsibility, and strong political awareness; possess information technology competencies, digital capabilities, artificial intelligence application skills, and innovation capacity; and are able to adapt quickly to changes in the banking and finance sector.
PO3: Graduates are equipped with a solid foundation in economics, finance, and business; possess design thinking, critical thinking, and innovation capabilities; and are able to apply tools and quantitative models in financial analysis to solve practical problems in the banking sector.
PO4: Graduates develop lifelong learning capabilities and are able to pursue postgraduate studies or professional certifications recognized internationally, such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
