- Training objectives
General Objectives:
The program is application-oriented and aims to develop creative, high-achieving global citizens who are responsible and resilient. Graduates are prepared to undertake professional roles in Vietnamese, Japanese, and international organizations and enterprises. They will possess advanced proficiency in Japanese for international business contexts, independent English communication skills, foundational knowledge of Japanese culture and society—particularly business culture—and a solid grounding in international business. Graduates are expected to have the potential to advance to middle management positions within a short period and to pursue lifelong learning.
Specific Objectives:
PO1: Demonstrate sound political awareness, ethical qualities, and critical thinking approaches.
PO2: Possess fundamental knowledge of social sciences, politics, economics, mathematics, and statistics in economics.
PO3: Acquire advanced knowledge and proficiency in Japanese, especially Business Japanese, along with appropriate communication skills aligned with Japanese cultural norms for working in Japan-related organizations and enterprises.
PO4: Possess foundational knowledge of International Business.
PO5: Communicate independently in English.
PO6: Effectively use information technology to support learning and work in the context of rapid technological advancement (Industry 4.0).
PO7: Work independently or collaboratively in modern international environments; demonstrate personal and team responsibility in knowledge dissemination and supervision of assigned tasks.
