- Training objectives
General objective
The program aims to train students to become graduates with professional competence, political qualities, professional ethics, community awareness, a solid foundation in foreign languages, and good mental and physical strength to meet the demands of both the Vietnamese and international labor markets, and to be capable of taking on various positions in international business activities in general, and in logistics and supply chain management in particular.
Specific program objectives
PO1: Equip students with fundamental knowledge in economics, business, and management within an international context; develop in-depth knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM) to effectively analyze and solve problems at strategic, tactical, and operational levels; and integrate information technology applications in LSCM to meet the requirements of supply chain digitalization.
PO2: Develop and enhance students’ competencies in logical and analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, and business ethics; and foster lifelong learning capabilities to effectively adapt to the global business environment.
PO3: Cultivate and demonstrate political awareness, personal and social responsibility, resilience in overcoming challenges, and the capacity for self-direction and personal development.

Knowledge
PLO1: Apply basic knowledge of natural science, political science, social science and humanities, and law in studying and working.
PLO2: Apply economic and business principles in international business activities.
PLO3: Analyze specialized activities in the field of LSCM through data analytics tools.
PLO4: Evaluate projects and solutions to solve practical issues in the field of LSCM.
Skills
PLO5: Perform effective communication, information delivery, independent working, and teamwork skills.
PLO6: Develop leadership or teamwork roles, and self-direction and career development pathways.
PLO7: Develop new ideas to solve professional and practical problems in economic and business activities.
Foreign language, digital and information technology proficiency
PLO8: Perform foreign language proficiency at Level 5/6 in accordance with the Vietnamese Foreign Language Competency Framework.
PLO9: Formulate digital competency at level 5/8 regarding proficiency in competency domains (data and information exploitation; communication and collaboration in a digital environment; digital content creation; safety) and level 4/8 for the competency domain of artificial intelligence application according to the Digital Competency Framework under Circular No. 02/2025/TT-BGDDT dated January 24, 2025 by the Ministry of Education and Training.
Autonomy and responsibility
PLO10: Establish personal value systems emphasizing lifelong learning, professional ethics, adaptability, and perseverance, demonstrated through proactive behaviors in overcoming challenges and adapting to changing professional contexts.

** Students are allowed to choose the 2nd foreign language of the Training Program (choosing one of the languages: English/Chinese/Japanese/French/Spanish). Upon completion of the 2nd foreign language courses, students achieve level 3/6 of the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam according to Circular No. 01/2014/TT-BGDDT. The study results of the 2nd foreign language are not included in the cumulative grade point average (GPA) and are not a condition for evaluating the achievement of the program learning outcomes. The study results are recorded and enclosed with the student’s Academic Certificate.
